Grounds Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work activities of County Grounds Maintenance Workers and inmate labor
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of County grounds and facilities
• Manage the maintenance of parking areas, green spaces, and related outdoor areas
• Provide training to employees regarding grounds maintenance best practices

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a recognized college or technical school in horticulture, floriculture, or landscape management
• Five years of experience supervising more than six employees in horticulture, floriculture, or landscape work
• Valid NH Driver License
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals in a correctional setting
