Grounds & Jetty Hand

Responsibilities

• Provide vessel support to on-water teams and manage day-to-day operations at Northport and B Shed
• Assist with the loading and unloading of bicycles and luggage onto vessels
• Deliver shore vessel support through jetty setup, guest queue management, and berthing procedures
• Coordinate the bike fleet to ensure adequate availability for operational requirements
• Ensure bikes and special equipment are loaded according to bookings and operational needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest safety and comfort
• Adhere to all operational safety and marine procedures and protocols

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to work in a busy, demanding environment
• Proven customer service experience with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Competence in Microsoft Office, with Excel skills being desirable
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward team members and customers
• Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including public holidays
• Valid Driver's Licence and access to own transport
