Grounds Crew

Responsibilities

• Assist with edging, bullpen maintenance, mound/plate repair, and setting up batting practice equipment
• Assist with the removal of batting practices equipment, dragging of infield skin, chalking foul lines, and removal of tarps
• Assist with on-field activities and non-baseball field events
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Groundskeeper

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Willingness to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a turf management degree or prior turf experience
