Ground Test Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Missile Defense System test requirements, product definitions, and integrated timelines.
• Participate in Tiger Teams to support critical customer technical needs and propose innovative approaches to meeting expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) ground test mission.
• Manage, coordinate, and ensure the achievement of test requirements and capability requirements.
• Support the Systems Requirements Leadership team in identifying risks and watch items resulting from the coordination process.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to supported teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience in test requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams to resolve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of MDA systems engineering processes and practices.
• Experience in MDA Ground Test Planning and Execution.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
