Ground Test Inspector (A320)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and validate ground tests for avionics and electrical systems on A320 aircraft
• Perform function tests on flight controls, navigation, and passenger entertainment systems
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and test equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
• Document non-conformities in SAP and coordinate necessary retests after rework
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shop floor departments to ensure production quality
• Perform root cause analysis for non-compliant test results and implement continuous improvement measures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active-duty military status with separation expected within 180 days
• Written Commander (O-4 or above) authorization for DoD SkillBridge participation
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Aircraft Avionics Technician or Quality Inspector
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in aircraft systems troubleshooting
• Ability to work at heights (up to 40 feet) and in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A320 Family aircraft type rating
• Vocational training in application tools and technical techniques
• Background in electrical systems or international aviation quality inspection
