Ground Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute ground production and acceptance tests for A320 and A220 aircraft
• Support pilots during Rejected Takeoff (RTO) procedures and perform in-flight cabin functional checks
• Serve as Cabin Safety Crew during Customer Acceptance Flights, special missions, and demonstration flights
• Conduct Static Tests, APU Runs, Engine Runs, and Taxi operations
• Manage customer accounts to ensure retrofit solutions and maintenance services meet cost, timeline, and quality benchmarks
• Provide direct on-site assistance for airline partners regarding maintenance programs and service bulletins
• Define recovery actions to return aircraft to airworthy conditions and mitigate risks related to storage environments
• Monitor subcontractor performance and lead monthly quality reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of aeronautical technical experience within a technical department
• Must hold a valid FAA, EASA, or TCCA Class 2 Medical certification and be able to perform aircrew duties daily
• Proven experience with Airbus A320 or A220 systems, including avionics, cabin systems, and powerplants
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
