Ground Test Design Integrator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design offices to define embedded system test functionalities and requirements
• Define ground test architecture and ensure seamless integration into industrial installation processes
• Specify hardware and software test tools to drive automated testing innovation
• Perform impact analysis on aircraft design modifications regarding industrial testing footprints
• Coordinate ground tests for development and certification within the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
• Lead risk analyses and resolve recurrent technical problems to optimize quality
• Contribute to major industrial projects focusing on Time, Cost, and Quality (TCQ) optimization

Requirements

• Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related general engineering field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in avionics systems design and testing
• Proven experience working within high-stakes industrial environments
• Fluency in both English and French at a negotiation level
• Strong leadership skills with a "shopfloor-driven" mindset and analytical approach
• Ability to manage complex project timelines and stakeholder expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in team management or coordinating large-scale industrial missions
