Ground Systems Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support GMD System Engineering Leadership in requirements verification to ensure systems and software meet technical specifications and design criteria
• Analyze GMD Ground System Performance Specifications and review development contractor Joint Review Packages for requirement decomposition
• Provide recommendations on the acceptance of proposed verification strategies to ensure they are complete, correct, and achievable
• Review GMD Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and Objective Evidence artifacts
• Support government preparation and conduct for Sprint reviews, program management reviews, system requirements reviews, and design reviews
• Assist with test events, fielding readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews
• Travel as required (estimated 10%)

Requirements

• MS degree in a STEM field plus 12 years of experience, or a BS degree in a STEM field plus 20 years of experience
• Active DOD Secret security clearance (or higher)
• Direct experience with requirements verification
• Proficiency in DOORS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to develop and present technical reports and briefings for Engineering Review Boards and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in digital engineering or DevSecOps development projects
