Ground Support Operator

Responsibilities

• Support daily test readiness by managing batteries, preparing equipment, and spearheading on-site logistics
• Operate in field environments with extended periods of standing and repetitive drone handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface observations and flag anomalies
• Support flight testing, data collection, and troubleshooting for new drone systems
• Provide feedback to improve operational performance

Requirements

• FAA Part 107 license required
• Ability to work in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late afternoons
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Experience in fast-paced, adaptive roles
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with data collection and documentation
