About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete scanning and subsurface investigations using GSSI and/or Proceq scanning equipment
- Maintain GSSI and/or Proceq scanning equipment
- Locate and identify reinforcing steel, post-tension cables, conduits, utilities, voids, and other embedded objects
- Mark and document findings accurately for customers and project stakeholders
- Interpret scan results and communicate findings clearly to field personnel, project managers, and clients
- Complete finding reports, project documentation, and equipment maintenance records
- Follow company safety policies and project-specific safety requirements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) experience on commercial, industrial, or residential construction projects
- Experience with GSSI and/or Proceq GPR systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret scan data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency for reporting and documentation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
