Ground Operations Team Member

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct daily visits to monitor store and collection point performance
• Train newly onboarded captains in accordance with operational standards
• Inspect captain waiting areas and workspaces for safety and quality compliance
• Monitor captain performance regarding on-time delivery, uniform compliance, and reporting protocols
• Conduct ground trips with captains to record performance and track delivery goals
• Report captain issues and areas for improvement to responsible parties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office or logistics software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating with drivers or captains and ensuring SOP compliance
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
