Ground Operations Team Member

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct daily visits to monitor the performance of stores and collection points
• Train newly onboarded captains in accordance with operational standards
• Inspect captain waiting areas and workspaces to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor captain performance regarding on-time delivery, uniform compliance, and accurate reporting
• Conduct ground trips with captains to record performance and track daily delivery goals
• Identify and report issues or areas of improvement within the delivery journey to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain is preferred
• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software
• Experience coordinating with drivers or captains and ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
