Ground Operation/Ramp Service

Responsibilities

• Perform ground operations including aircraft marshalling, hangaring, and passenger care
• Coordinate and execute aircraft refueling and fueling station services
• Manage aircraft catering and ensure the availability of ground support equipment (GSE)
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness through both interior and exterior cleaning
• Maintain accurate documentation, including checklists, calendars, and refueling logs
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Valid Driving license class B
• Strong technical knowledge and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to undergo further training and travel up to 10%
