Ground Handling & PRM Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and operational application of the Local Ground Handling Regulation (LGHR)
• Monitors operational compliance and ensures alignment between regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
• Manages contracts with ground handling companies, PRM providers, and relevant operational stakeholders
• Acts as the primary operational interface with airlines, ground handling companies, and fuel stakeholders
• Coordinates operational requirements, service issues, and corrective actions
• Oversees KPI/SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and inspections
• Supports ORAT planning, readiness exercises, and contingency planning
• Monitors fees, costs, and contract performance
• Ensures compliance with European and national aviation legislation (EASA, IATA, JIG)

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling, PRM services, or airline operations
• Strong understanding of airport operational processes and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of European and national aviation regulations and industry best practices
• Experience in operational contract management and KPI/SLA monitoring
• Proven ability to coordinate with airlines, ground handling companies, and operational authorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in airport operations or ground handling
• Specialized training in ORAT, Safety Management Systems (SMS), or emergency planning
• Qualifications in aviation compliance or quality management systems
