Ground Crew

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain professional presentation
• Manage the efficient movement of luggage and freight
• Maintain accurate inventory through ordering, receiving, and counting
• Assist vessel crew with the loading and unloading of freight, luggage, and guests
• Ensure clear communication with the fleet and Port of Airlie via radio
• Aid the reservations team with enquiries, check-ins, and ticket issuance

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Valid manual driver license
• Reliable own transport to and from Shute Harbour
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer-based administrative tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Porter or Reservations roles
• Experience in warehouse and procurement
• Current First Aid qualification
