About the Company
Empiria Group owns, manages, and operates a distinctive collection of luxury hotels and villas, members of The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels™ by Marriott International, located in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations: Santorini, Paros, and the Peloponnese.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and offer local recommendations
- Deliver messages, packages, and in-room amenities promptly
- Safely store guest luggage in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area
- Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to meet guest needs
- Monitor transportation schedules and assist with travel arrangements
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels or high-volume luxury environments
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to operational situations
- Passion for high standards of guest service
