Grocery Department Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products and merchandise in the grocery aisles according to storage and presentation guidelines
• Perform regular inventory counts of stock items
• Collaborate with the department manager to ensure timely product replenishment
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar retail or commercial role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientation and a merchant mindset
• Ability to build trust and proximity with customers
