GRMS Manager - AV & Entertainment Technical Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GRMS strategies aligned with brand standards and guest experience goals
• Lead system design, vendor selection, and integration planning for GRMS infrastructure
• Oversee daily operations of GRMS systems including control panels, sensors, switches, and networked devices
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of GRMS and integrated AV systems
• Manage a team of GRMS Technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Ensure all GRMS installations comply with UAE electrical safety standards and Wynn protocols
• Lead testing and mock-ups for system upgrades and interface enhancements
• Ensure seamless integration of GRMS with AV platforms such as Crestron, QLab, and Navigator CSC

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, AV Technology, or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in GRMS or AV systems, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in control systems including Crestron, QLab, and Navigator CSC
• Knowledge of DMX, DALI, and Art-Net/sACN protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and coordination abilities
