About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries
- Act with integrity and a customer-first mindset
- Flex between phone and data communication channels
- Follow process guidelines to ensure issue resolution
- Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
- Escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution
- Recommend process improvements to optimize customer experience
- Engage and educate customers on leveraging PhonePe services
Requirements
- Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer orientation and ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
