Green Room Server

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to artists in green rooms
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and dietary restrictions
• Take menu, beverage, and bar orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar via MICROS
• Ensure dressing rooms are set up with agreed rider and in-house items upon artist arrival
• Check food orders for accuracy and presentation prior to serving
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and perform opening/closing duties
• Manage guest concerns with a friendly, positive attitude
• Remove dirty plates and glasses and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• 2-5 years of high-volume experience in restaurant operations
• Strong guest relations and communication skills
• Knowledge of wine and liquor
• High School Diploma
• Reliable transportation to retrieve items required by artists

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Point of Sale systems, preferably MICROS
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
