GRE QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of quality control procedures for mechanical works and GRE piping
• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify quality and inspection requirements
• Participate in site receiving inspections of mechanical materials and equipment to verify compliance
• Perform fit-up inspections and final dimensional verification prior to installation and welding
• Prepare, file, and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation
• Witness and review work performed by third-party testing, inspection, and NDT companies
• Attend and support client inspections and testing activities
• Identify defective materials or incomplete work and manage punch list items through to closure
• Assist construction personnel in identifying quality issues and non-conformances
• Ensure all measuring and testing instruments are properly calibrated and functional

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in GRE piping inspection within Oil & Gas or EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of GRE installation procedures and inspection requirements
