GRC Services Risk Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of data protection compliance services in line with client regulatory obligations
• Assist senior consultants in conducting risk reviews and contributing to formal report outputs
• Help clients develop and track remediation programs
• Support remote and onsite audits and control validation activities
• Assist with vendor assessments for compliance with privacy obligations
• Review client data privacy and protection policies under the direction of senior team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and engagement documentation
• Stay current with developments in data protection law and information security best practices

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in compliance, information security, data protection, or a related field
• Academic study in Cyber Security, Information Security, Law, or a related discipline
• Foundational awareness of ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, or NIST
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and complex risk scenarios
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a structured and organized manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to client-facing services
• Interest in obtaining certifications such as CISMP or CompTIA Security+
• Natural ability to learn and adapt to new SaaS tools and technologies
