GRC SAP Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive complex GRC Technology SAP Security engagements and lead solution implementations to solve business risks.
• Act as a project lead for SAP ERP and GRC solutions, overseeing effort estimation, diagnosis, and deployment.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing implementations for difficult business problems.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, driving quality within deliverables and fostering a positive learning culture.
• Consult with business clients and onsite teams to understand requirements and achieve technology initiatives.
• Identify and lead automation initiatives to improve engagement efficiency.
• Prepare project documentation, procedures, and responses to RFPs or POCs for client demonstrations.

Requirements

• CA, MBA, M.Sc., or B.Tech degree.
• 7-8 years of experience in consulting or auditing.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects, including at least one full cycle S4 HANA transformation.
• Deep expertise in SAP security design and configuration across applications such as ECC, BW, SRM, Portal, S4HANA, Fiori, BPC, and Success Factors.
• Extensive experience with SAP GRC access controls (ARM, BRM, EAM, ARA, UAR, and SOD review).
• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, administration, landscape, and transport systems.
• Knowledge of business processes, controls frameworks, compliance regulations, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to identify market trends and competitor activities.
