GRC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group's risk mapping, identifying and evaluating operational, financial, technological, and organizational risks.
• Define and monitor action plans and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) in collaboration with business leads.
• Strengthen and formalize the internal control framework and business continuity planning (BIA, PCA).
• Ensure regulatory compliance across various entities, monitoring legal and contractual updates such as NIS2, GDPR, and SOC 2.
• Manage data protection practices and conduct impact assessments (PIA/DPIA).
• Oversee third-party risk management and support client due diligence processes.
• Lead the Group's SOC 2 program, coordinating internal stakeholders and managing audit preparations and remediation plans.
• Prepare risk and compliance reporting for management and the Board.

Requirements

• Higher education in Business, Engineering, Audit, Internal Control, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in risk management, internal control, or compliance.
• Excellent analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Pragmatic, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or fintech environment.
• Previous experience in Audit, Risk Advisory, or Regulatory Compliance at a Big 4 firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 frameworks.
• General awareness of cybersecurity principles.
