GRC Program Manager, Product and Customer Trust

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the customer trust operating model, including intake, triage, escalations, SLAs, and metrics
• Support strategic customer trust needs such as security questionnaires, customer calls, and Trust Center updates
• Partner with Product, Security, Legal, Privacy, and GTM teams to prepare approved trust materials for launches
• Build reusable customer-facing narratives, FAQs, and whitepapers to reduce manual work
• Ensure external security and compliance claims are supported by internal processes and controls
• Scale product launch reviews to ensure GRC does not become a bottleneck
• Develop data handling guidance to provide product teams with a paved path consistent with external commitments
• Use automation and AI-native workflows to improve speed and consistency

Requirements

• Strong experience in product assurance, customer trust, security compliance, or enterprise trust in a technical environment
• Ability to support GTM teams with accurate, approved, customer-facing security and compliance narratives
• Technical fluency across SaaS, cloud, security controls, and product launch workflows
• Experience building scalable operating models, metrics, and automation for assurance workflows
• Excellent written communication skills for translating technical security concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Experience scaling product launch reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Vertical specific experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Advertising
• Experience supporting GTM, Field Security, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success
• Proficiency using AI-native tools to automate manual review processes
