Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for certifications and technology compliance
• Partner with Agent and Platform teams to bake compliance into the product offering
• Lead the evolution toward a 'public-ready' company and set standards for AI transparency
• Build and manage cross-functional workflows aligning HR, Finance, Legal, and Engineering
• Automate compliance checks and evidentiary gathering to eliminate operational friction
• Act as the primary interface between technical reality and regulatory expectations

Requirements

• Experience scaling GRC in a high-velocity technical environment
• Ability to coordinate complex projects involving 10+ stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to translate technical risk to finance and legal risk to engineering
• Strategic mindset that views compliance as a competitive advantage
• Pragmatic approach to risk management over bureaucracy
