GRC Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops to understand client governance, risk, and compliance needs
• Design and configure GRC workflows, automation strategies, and custom dashboards
• Configure the Corporater Business Management Platform to support risk management, policy enforcement, and internal audit
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and develop data connectors via API integrations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing GRC best practices and compliance strategies
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and post-implementation support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience implementing GRC solutions (e.g., Corporater, RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or similar)
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, or PCI-DSS
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and business rules configuration
• Technical expertise in API-based integrations and SQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based GRC solutions
• Familiarity with third-party risk management, IT risk, or internal audit frameworks
• Working knowledge of data analytics or AI-driven risk assessment
