GRC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess existing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks within client organizations
• Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Design and deliver GRC training programs to enhance knowledge and awareness among stakeholders
• Assist in the selection and implementation of GRC software solutions to automate processes and improve reporting capabilities
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance consulting or related fields
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 31000, COSO, and GDPR
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISM are a plus
