Graphics Production Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, production, and maintenance of printing plates to ensure technical specification adherence.
• Develop and implement color management strategies to ensure consistent accuracy across all production sites.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes and KPIs to monitor graphics production standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and production teams to align objectives.
• Manage budgets related to printing plates, color management, and quality control initiatives.
• Address client inquiries regarding color accuracy and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (team lead, project lead, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the printing or graphics industry.
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies, including offset and digital printing.
• In-depth understanding of color theory, color spaces (RGB, CMYK), and calibration techniques.
• Proficiency with Esko, X-Rite, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in graphics or quality within beverage can manufacturing.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
