Graphics Operator II

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tufting machines to create high-quality graphics on artificial turf products
• Set up and prepare machines for production runs, including loading materials and calibrating equipment
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent and accurate graphic designs
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Collaborate with the design team to meet specific project requirements
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of related experience in tufting or manufacturing operations
• Strong computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for the entirety of a 12-hour shift
• Availability to work the night shift (Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm)
