Graphics Finishing Producer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head of Graphics to schedule the finishing team and forecast resource needs
• Prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables to specification
• Liaise with internal teams and clients for graphics finishing needs
• Facilitate all internal and external communications for graphic finishing
• Maintain accurate work orders in support of billing and prepare daily status updates
• Anticipate and resolve project conflicts with clients and creative directors
• Perform quality control on all assets to ensure correct delivery to requested specifications
• Manage organization of shared files and archival stock footage

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience finishing motion graphics in entertainment marketing
• Proficiency with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D
• Understanding of film standards including frame rates, aspect ratios, color space, and codecs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights and occasional weekends
• Strong organizational and project management skills
