Graphic & Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead visual execution across program materials, digital platforms, and website experiences
• Design high-quality student-facing and partner-facing materials, including executive presentations, toolkits, and brochures
• Build cohesive branding for global initiatives, including logos, typography, and brand kits
• Design and build website layouts and landing pages from wireframes through execution
• Maintain visual consistency across all campaigns, decks, and marketing materials
• Manage creative operations, including file systems, asset libraries, and version control

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work (required for consideration)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Demonstrated experience designing and building websites or web layouts
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building websites using Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles
• Experience working with nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organizations
• Experience designing merchandise or branded apparel
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram content best practices
