About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the physical construction of graphic items by managing production timelines and stakeholders
  • Manage, maintain, and update internal job scope documentation for production personnel
  • Identify potential difficulties in upcoming production tasks and proactively seek necessary art files and substrate information
  • Provide expert construction or print suggestions to meet client expectations
  • Organize, track, and document all production items to ensure complete task execution
  • Identify and implement improvements in the graphic production workflow
  • Define and set expectations for production quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphics, Administration Management, or industry equivalent
  • Background in Graphics, Marketing, or Traffic Management
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS)
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
