Graphic Designer/Presentation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and format client-ready documents including pitchbooks, proposals, and financial statements
• Manage intake of presentation and graphic design requests and ensure quality and turnaround
• Produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs using advanced graphics applications
• Uphold brand integrity while meeting internal client requirements
• Incorporate feedback to improve output quality and service excellence
• Maintain expertise in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite

Requirements

• 6–7 years of professional experience in corporate presentation design
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong understanding of design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Excellent layout and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design
• Experience in motion graphics and infographic creation
• Exposure to AI-based design tools and desktop publishing
