Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the US-based Client Manager and Design Team to create custom branding solutions
• Design and update branded apps that align with business identity and brand standards
• Create and edit MySite website designs and layouts for clients within the Vagaro platform
• Support internal design workflows including Featured Approvals and Portfolio Approvals
• Create custom marketing assets including promotional graphics and branded visuals
• Review business portfolio images to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Assist with resizing and uploading images for platform assets like Venue Gallery and Digital Gift Certificates
• Create and curate templates and creative assets for the Vagaro Pro software ecosystem
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute conceptually driven creative solutions

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with Squarespace, Wix, or other website builders
• Experience creating or editing website layouts and visual assets
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a US-based team
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
• Must submit a design portfolio
