Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns
• Create print and large-format materials including event signage, banners, and promotional graphics
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and other internal teams to translate ideas into effective visual solutions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables
• Assist with creative support for national events and conferences

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital formats
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 5-10%
• Alignment with the mission and values of Turning Point USA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing large-format graphics or event signage
• Photography or photo editing experience
• Landing page or web design experience
• Merchandise or apparel design
