About the Company

Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching, youth-driven, high-quality graphics
• Manage and prioritize several simultaneous design projects
• Fulfill all assigned design duties in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain responsiveness and punctuality in a dynamic workflow

Requirements

• 2+ years of Graphic Design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• Understanding of print design criteria including bleeds and large format printing
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Past or present involvement in conservative youth organizations
• Familiarity with AirTable and Slack
• Exceptional photography skills with DSLR and lighting equipment knowledge
