Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner on the development and evolution of a comprehensive brand book and visual identity standards
• Conceptualize and create marketing campaigns, brand assets, and digital/social assets
• Research and leverage emerging AI design tools to improve efficiency
• Design RFPs and presentation decks for business leaders
• Create swag and event collateral including banners and booth kits
• Develop video content such as sizzle reels, tutorials, and how-to demos
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives
• Manage print files and liaise with external vendors
• Create accessible designs complying with W3C and AODA

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer in an agency or in-house team
• Certificate, degree, or diploma in graphic design or a related field
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and conceptual thinking
• Experience in brand development and visual identity systems
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, grid systems, and color
• Experience in video creation, simple animation, or motion graphics
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects
