Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
- Work with the team to understand design objectives and target audiences
- Ensure all designs align with brand style and messaging
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on suggestions
- Stay updated with new design trends and AI-based design tools
- Translate complex ideas into simple, attractive visuals
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or Figma
- Degree from NID, NIFT, or a Tier 1 design institute
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of UI/UX or web/app design
