Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create diverse marketing assets including print and digital marketing, sales collateral, email, flyers, presentations, signage, brochures, and proposals.
• Develop social media concepts and digital artwork to maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and operations to produce elevated design solutions.
• Infuse brand guidelines into all consumer-facing creative implemented online, in print, and across social media platforms.
• Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all design projects.
• Maintain an organized, online archive of all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design standards, trends, and industry changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of graphic/visual design experience, preferably within a B2B software company.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience building and maintaining brand and visual systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with visual storytelling, including illustration and animation.
• Skills in video production, motion graphics, and animation.
• Experience using project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
