Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Communications, Content and Creative teams to produce assets across print, digital, webcast, and experiential platforms
• Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and generate new concepts based on stakeholder direction
• Own the creative process from design to execution for internal and external projects
• Maintain the visual aesthetic of the brand
• Lead and manage projects ranging from simple design requests to complex print-ready materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of professional design experience in illustration, graphic design, or print production
• Online portfolio and supplemental work samples in PDF required
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends for product launch campaigns
• Must be able to work onsite in Hawthorne, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, web design, or advertising
• 2+ years of digital graphic/visual design experience, preferably in a creative digital agency
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Experience with animation, motion design, and motion graphics
• Experience with UX/UI design and 2D digital assets/iconography
• Experience with image retouching, manipulation, and color correction
• Knowledge of printer spec language and digital production technologies
