Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design innovative, high-quality packaging artwork for makeup, bath & body, and fragrance categories
• Develop cohesive design collections and KLDs for primary and secondary packaging
• Manage and maintain a well-organized artwork library
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, packaging, and procurement teams
• Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork files ensuring technical accuracy
• Work with packaging teams and suppliers to ensure design feasibility
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging packaging innovations
• Partner with vendors and printers to oversee proofing and pre-press processes
• Develop creative assets for limited-edition collections and seasonal campaigns
• Support the creation of mockups, 2D/3D visuals, and presentations

Requirements

• Proven expertise in packaging design within the beauty or personal care sector
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Deep understanding of printing processes, materials, and production requirements
• Strong sense of color, typography, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with 3D rendering software
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
