Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital campaigns including paid media, social media, display, CRM, and landing pages
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all deliverables
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, channels, and audiences
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to develop effective campaigns
• Propose visual improvements based on performance data and A/B testing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Support the evolution of the design system and brand asset library
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital environments or agencies
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong visual design fundamentals in typography, color, composition, and hierarchy
• Experience in digital design and performance marketing environments
• Knowledge of platform best practices for Meta, Google, etc.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience in high-volume creative environments such as gaming, betting, e-commerce, or startups
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
