About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors on concepts and execution for out-of-home, digital, social, and retail projects
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through production and final delivery, ensuring excellence at every step
  • Lead or participate in brainstorm sessions, contributing both conceptual and visual direction
  • Prepare precise, production-ready files for digital and print, following industry standards for color management and resolution
  • Develop decks, mood boards, and presentations for internal and external reviews
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and file organization with high attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience at a creative agency or brand
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Experience using Figma for digital design collaboration
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, and color
  • Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Exposure to generative AI tools for ideation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the footwear, athletic, or apparel industries
  • Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D
