Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain brand identity including logos, typography, and color palettes
• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and webinars
• Produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, and digital advertisements
• Create simple animations, GIFs, and lightweight motion graphics
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate concepts into visual assets
• Manage and organize brand asset libraries and design systems
• Prepare and export files in multiple formats including AI, PSD, PNG, and PDF

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing assets, and digital campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print and digital design workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma
• Motion graphics or basic video editing experience
• Background in SaaS, marketing agencies, e-commerce, or startups
• Understanding of marketing performance metrics like CTR and engagement
