Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media content, presentations, and digital ads
• Create visual concepts that align with company branding and real estate campaigns
• Develop content for social media platforms, websites, and print materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team and photographers/videographers to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality control
• Support the design needs of other departments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (must be submitted with application)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or a marketing agency
• Knowledge of real estate trends and property marketing
