Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, production-ready packaging designs following brand guidelines
• Apply advanced understanding of printing techniques including offset, digital, and flexographic
• Customize designs for various packaging types such as boxes, pouches, and labels
• Utilize style guides and templates to ensure content consistency
• Collaborate with customers to incorporate feedback and ensure on-time delivery
• Verify designs for accuracy, resolution, color consistency, and print-readiness
• Mentor junior designers and foster skill development
• Identify and recommend improvements for packaging and print design workflows

Requirements

• Degree in Designing (GD Art, BFA, MFA, BDS, MDS, or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of experience in pre-press packaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of prepress and print production (color management, bleed, die-line preparation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file-sharing platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective communication skills for working with global teams
