Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing communication materials that meet internal briefs, timelines, and budgets
• Develop creative concepts, graphics, simple animations, and brand assets including key visuals, social content, EDM, and website design materials
• Perform basic image retouching and manipulation
• Translate requirements from various functional departments (e.g., Driver Ops, People team) into creative deliverables
• Assist in managing creative development progress with external agencies and production houses regarding shoots, animation, and advertising installations

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or advertising
• Proficiency in MAC and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
• Strong graphic sense with an excellent eye for detail and understanding of design trends
• Strong understanding of UK local insights
• Good command of English
• Portfolio submission is mandatory along with your resume

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment or working with a production house
• Motion graphic skills
• Experience working with creative/web agencies and production houses
