About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute creative projects from concept through completion across print and electronic media.
  • Collaborate with proposals teams and subject matter experts to develop unique branding, professional layouts, and technical infographics.
  • Develop visually persuasive collateral including proposal documents, brochures, flyers, banners, and PowerPoint templates.
  • Communicate the Kiewit brand to intended audiences using established brand standards.
  • Manage the production of all print pieces, including utilizing in-house tools and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Handle multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • BA in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign (multi-page layout), Illustrator (graphics development), and Photoshop.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, with a requirement for high-level PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • An electronic portfolio is required, including examples of multi-page layouts, branding, marketing collateral, and infographics.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, visual storytelling, and layout.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional creative tools such as Lightroom, ArcGIS, Premiere Pro, or AI tools.
