Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling technical proposals for program management, consulting, and contracting companies
• Create proposal-related deliverables including bid decks, capability statements, infographics, and templates
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with client requirements
• Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual formats
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all design outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant graphic design experience
• Proven experience designing technical proposals for program management or consulting firms
• A portfolio showcasing specific technical proposal work samples
• Professional experience working in the Middle East
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
• English language proficiency
